I’m Kevin Wells

Pastor and certified coach who helps people move from calling to clarity in life and leadership. With years of ministry and leadership experience, I love helping others break through barriers, discover their potential, and step confidently into their purpose. Whether I’m preaching, leading a group, or coaching one-on-one, my goal is to help people grow in faith, influence, and leadership.

Through Kevin Wells Coaching, I work with pastors, leaders, and everyday people who want to live with greater focus and intentionality.

My approach is practical, encouraging, and rooted in biblical truth. I always strive to point people toward their next step. I use personal stories, proven strategies, and a forward-thinking perspective to inspire lasting change and help others live the life God designed for them.

My Story

I’m married to my best friend, Melody, and together we’ve built a life centered on faith, family, and ministry. We have three children, four grandchildren, and a miniature schnauzer named Oliver who, if you ask him, runs the whole household. For over 32 years, I’ve served in ministry, and along the way l’ve earned two master’s degrees — one in Leadership and Discipleship and one in Pastoral Counseling/Life Coaching – as well as a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership. I’m a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, and l’ve completed my coach training through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.

I’m passionate about helping pastors and church leaders excel in their calling while equipping their congregations to step fully into the work of the ministry. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, speaking to leaders, or teaching in a church setting, my mission is to inspire clarity, build confidence, and encourage action. My heart is to see the local church thrive by raising up leaders who raise up more leaders – multiplying influence for the sake of God’s Kingdom.

Why I Do It

I do what I do because I believe every person was created by God with a unique calling. Sadly, too many never step into it with clarity or confidence. Life’s challenges, self-doubt, and lack of direction can keep people stuck. I’m passionate about helping them break through barriers, discover their God-given potential, and take the next step forward.

Whether I’m pastoring, coaching, writing content, or teaching, my mission is the same: to help people live the life God designed for them.
